Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item you received was damaged or not as described. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any other reasons. If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
We highly recommend taking unboxing videos and pictures as proof. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Pre-order items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility or will be deducted from the original refund amount.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved:
- You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
